Excellent stethescope
I am quite pleased with the new stethoscope. I have showed it to some of my cardiologist colleagues and they are interested in getting one as well. Glad I got it.

Great service
This is the first time in a decade I had to buy a new stethoscope and I was very pleased with both the service and speed of delivery. Thank you.

Top notch!!!
Pros: Very good audio and build quality. I find it excellent for hearing lower pitch sounds. Its also comfortable to use and the ear pieces fit snugly.Cons: Since the parts all screw on for easy removal it possible for the bell to unscrew during use and lose it. Its also quite heavy.

Best one around
Pros: I remenber being a resident in the ICU with my Littman cariology and having the ICU fellow asking me about a patient lung sound which were clear with my scope but boy when he asks me to hear the patient's lung with his Tyco, I got a cold chill wondering what else I was missing. That was my first Tyco. As an ICU fellow I purchased a Littman III which was better but not as good as my Tyco. So I only buy Tyco. Really GOOD scope, probably why Tyco has a 10 year warrenty instead of Littmans 5 year. Customer service is also good. I had an Old Tyco,my first one, with no receipt, they didn't have a problem refurbishing it. I was told to just send it in and they would take care of it.Cons: NONE.

Love it
Pros: I really love this stethescope. I had been using the Littman for the past 8 years and decided to switch over. The sound is better, I like that the earpieces and heads of the stethscopes screw on and off which makes them easier to replace. I also like that the angle of the earpieces can be adjusted. For some reason I have weirdly angled ear canals, so I have always had to move the earpieces around while listening to get the best sound. Very happy with this purchase.Cons: Wish it came with a pediatric head.

Good replacement stethoscope
Pros: I got this stethoscope as a replacement for my defunct/discontinued Philips Rappaport Spraque stethoscope (which was the best stethoscope in my opinion). I am happy with this as a replacement compared to the Littman stethoscopes. It is durable and has good acoustics. In addition, the earpieces can be rotated for a better fit, which is something that I look for in a stethoscope. Being a cardiologist, a good stethoscope is a priority for me.Cons: A little more expensive than than the other stethoscopes out there, but it is definitely worth it.
