Pros: This is by far the best stethoscope I have used. The acoustics are phenominal. I do not regret this purchase in the least.Cons: This stethoscope was slightly pricey, but was expected with it being a Littmann. Like they say, you get what you pay for and I got a great stethoscope.

A bit small, but still looks very nice and personable. I like how the all black edition stands out compared to the others.Cons: No cons. Pros: I owned a number of other models of stethoscope before I bought my first Littman, now I won't buy anything but Littman. They have great acoustics, they look great, and they last forever. I've never retired a Littman stethoscope - they've all disappeared under questionable circumstances, forcing me to replace them!.
