      Buy this if you plan on using your E-Scope II in a noisy environment.

      Pros: I have used E-Stethoscope for the last week, I think it is good for Respiratory Sounds, Good for heart sounds but so far I am not impressed with heart murmurs, high pitched murmurs are OK but low pitched ones are difficult to pick up and analyze. I will try some more patients before I make the decision. Now for the Service part of this company - let me say this - they are very good in their Service, prompt shipping and very reasonable price. They stand behind their products.. I will rec. them at any time. .. RS.
