ADC 603 Clinician Stethoscope

Pros: The speed of delivery was awesome. Infact they called me an houd after I sumitted the purchase to verify some information for security, and told me I would receive the order the next, I did. The customer service was awesome.

Pros: This stethoscope purchase was really wonderful and refreshing because I really thought the days of great customer service were almost gone. I actually was going to a local medical store to purchase my stethoscope but I first typed the word into my computer and found your company by accident. I literally ordered on Tuesday afternoon and the stethoscope was at my door step engraved and ready on Thurday by regular order! I love the product, it works like a charm and as a speech pathologist doing swallowing intervention everyday, it is definately a needed tool. I am now convinced that there still is quality customer service in the world - thanks to your company!. Cons: I can't think of anything negative to say - only you may not be advertising enough!.

Pros: I beleive the product is good, I have yet to use it at work. In the name engravement, ????? 5 question marks replced some phonts I wanted in my stethoscope. I really wanted to return it immediately but wanted to use it at work. If you send me another one with the exact phonts, I can send this back to replace it.

Pros: Arrived even sooner than I expected. Instructions are quite helpful. (It's my first.). Cons: Ear pieces are still a little uncomfortable. I haven't been able to make the instructions about how to reduce the tension work yet.
